Personal Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that improves quality of life:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and daily living assistance
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes with flexible shifts
Every Caregiver plays a vital role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Caregiver Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required - we will pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, honest, and compassionate personality
- A true passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
