Are you a caring, dependable caregiver who enjoys helping seniors stay safe at home? Right at Home West Allis is hiring experienced Caregivers, PCWs, CNAs, and CBRF caregivers and we’d love to connect with you.
Pay Rates
- Caregiver/PCW: $16–$18/hr
- CNA/CBRF: $17–$19/hr
- Paid Weekly — Every Friday!
Open Shifts
We offer a mix of 12-hour shifts and shorter shifts so you can build a schedule that works for your life.
- Morning: 7:00am – 9:30am
- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Overnights: 8:00pm – 8:00am (ask us about flexibility!)
- Weekends: 8:00am – 8:00pm or 8:00pm – 8:00am
- Weekend shifts can be shortened to 6–8 hours based on your availability.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care & companionship
- Help with bathing, dressing, mobility & toileting
- Support clients with moderate dementia
- Meal prep, light housekeeping & errands
- Communicate updates to the office & families
Caregiver Requirements
- 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Dementia experience required
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a background check
- CNA or CBRF cert is a plus
