We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female caregiver to provide companionship and assistance to a senior client in Sherman Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors, be able to provide light housekeeping services and have a valid driver's license.
Job Details:
Part-time position: 12 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Provide companionship and emotional support to our senior client
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
Drive the client to appointments and errands as needed
Standby assistance is required at all times during the scheduled hours
Other tasks may include meal preparation, grocery shopping, and medication reminders
Requirements:
Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
Valid Home Care Aide Registration
TB Test
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
