What Youll Do:
- Engage with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and assisted living communities to educate them about our services.
- Support clients and families in navigating post-discharge care options and developing personalized care plans.
- Promote our services and expand our presence in the West LA/Santa Monica area through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals including discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and physicians.
- Represent Right at Home at health fairs, community events, and other promotional opportunities.
- Report regularly on sales activity and performance metrics.
- Spend 6075% of your time in the field, meeting with referral sources and community partners.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.
- Experience in home care, home health, or hospice is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Active on LinkedIn and familiar with social media outreach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Base salary of $68,640 plus bonus and uncapped commission (this is not a straight salary position).
