Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable and clean living environment
- Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to our care team
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Work part-time weekends (n/a hours/week) with flexible scheduling to meet your needs
- Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care
