Job Description:
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and hold accountable administrative staff, and professional caregiver teams.
Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
Measure and analyze employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance data, identifying improvement areas.
Address employee concerns confidentially and empathetically.
Plan and organize events to boost morale, wellness, and team building.
Support career development by coordinating training, professional growth opportunities, and skill-building programs.
Conduct and document performance reviews
Communicate updates clearly and consistently to staff.
Report on program effectiveness and stay current with best practices in employee experience management.
Participate in after-hours, on call duties, fill in shifts, help with scheduling as necessary.
Flexibility: Be able to take on additional tasks as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
You must have a valid U.S work authorization.
Background working with aging adults, home care administration, or leading a team.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and well-versed in computer/software applications.
Must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable and insured personal vehicle, and the ability to complete field visits.
Standard full-time hours with shared rotational participation in after-hours on-call emergency support for clients and caregivers.
Familiarity with HR processes.
