Right at Home – Southern Maryland, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join a dynamic care team providing top-notch, personalized care that allows individuals to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. We have immediate positions available with flexible hours.
MUST HAVE: own transportation and driver’s license
PAY: $15.00 to $17.50
SHIFTS: Dayshift, Morning, Afternoon Full-Time or Part-Time

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Qualifications:
High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
Previous caregiving experience, preferably with heavier clients.- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to lift and transfer heavier clients (training provided).
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
