As part of this role, the employee is expected to:
Attend occasional evening networking functions, community events, educational presentations, and weekend outreach activities;
Respond in a timely and professional manner to referral sources, urgent client opportunities, and company leadership when needed;
Maintain flexibility in daily scheduling to accommodate meetings with healthcare professionals and community partners;
Represent the company professionally in the community and help support overall census and hours growth objectives.

The Business Development Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting your local home care agency in your community to help attract referral sources to Right at Home. This role involves building a strong reputation, maintaining current relationships, and connecting with new referral sources by networking and sales calls. This individual is also responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share for the local Right at Home office.
