What You’ll Do as a Personal Care Assistant:
Provide safety and support to someone who needs a helping hand:
Mobility assistance
Meal preparation
Personal hygiene (such as toileting, bathing, and grooming)
Dressing
Medication reminders
Light house cleaning
Running errands
Companionship and social interaction
Pay and Benefits:
Our Personal Care Assistants are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t build meaningful relationships with our clients, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day.
In taking this position as a Personal Care Assistant, you would receive:
Competitive pay ($19-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)
Flexible schedule (shifts can be chosen to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts)
Weekly paychecks
Paid training
Paid travel time in between clients and paid mileage
Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays
Mobile clock in/out
Ongoing training and development
Training and reference materials available online or in the office
On-the-job training for unique client situations
Support from local Care Coordinators

You are legally authorized to work in the United States.
You have a valid drivers license.
You have valid vehicle insurance.
You are open to undergoing a criminal background check as required by the state of California to register as a Home Care Aide - we can help with the process
You currently live in or near Marin, Sonoma, or Napa counties.
