Position: Caregiver
As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well-being.

- Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
- Raises after 60 days annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20 hours/week required documents completed)
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
- CNA School Program opportunity
- PPE provided

- Ongoing training 24/7 on-call support
- Holiday pay (time and a half)

Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and car
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
- Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
