Position Summary:

The Administrative Generalist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential referral sources and clients for a non-medical in-home care agency. This role combines consultative expertise with proactive outreach to generate business through partnerships, referrals, and direct client interactions. The Administrative Generalist represents the agency to referral partners and potential clients, ensuring quality service and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new potential referral sources, including hospital discharge planners, elder law attorneys, assisted living facilities, and other relevant organizations.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to encourage ongoing partnerships and client referrals.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Represent the agency and its range of services to referral partners, participating in networking events, presentations, and other outreach activities.
  • Client Interaction: Respond to incoming calls from potential clients, provide information about services, and schedule client consultations.
  • Caregiver Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule caregivers for client consultations and service appointments as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in senior care, healthcare marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and relationships simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and consultative approach

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In Person
