We are currently hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers for South Bay & East County San Diego (urban & rural areas) with at least one year of experience to help provide care for seniors, veterans, and individuals in need in our community. What We Offer:
$17-$20 per hour $1 extra per hour for weekends!
Flexible hours – Full-time & part-time shifts available
Paid travel time & mileage between same-day clients

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of caregiving experience as a Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nurse Assistant (CAN), or related experience with children, disabled, or the elderly in some capacity. Paid Training is available for the Right Candidates!
Must be willing to get: Current HCA license, Background check and Current TB test
Must have:
Must be reliable & committed
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation is required (Some travel distance may be needed)
What You’ll Do:
Provide companionship – Engage in conversation, play games, share meals
Assist with daily activities – Help with meal prep, dressing, medication reminders, bathing, etc.
Light housekeeping – Tidy up common areas (less than 20% of the time)
Help clients move safely – Assist with standing, walking or transfers
Transportation – Occasionally may run errands or take a client to an appointment
