Right at Home, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions across Idaho. We are looking for experienced Caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and are committed to delivering high-quality support to clients in their homes.
Competitive pay: $19–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care services, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients safely and respectfully during showering and hygiene routines
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work primarily in clients’ homes as a trusted Caregiver, with varying shift times and care needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience assisting clients with showering and personal hygiene is required
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and compassionate Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
