We are seeking a Skilled Caregiver, available for midweek shifts, especially on Thursdays. If you meet these requirements, we encourage you to apply and become part of our mission to make a difference every day.

Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for both female and male clients. Your responsibilities include providing companionship to foster meaningful connections, assisting with personal hygiene such as pericare, bathroom or inbed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity, as well as managing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment. You will also prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, offer transportation for outings or appointments to keep clients socially engaged, and provide timely medication reminders to help them manage their health effectively. This multifaceted role is designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Benefits:

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20 hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and car
• Over 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions
• Experience with a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)
