Salary: $15-$17 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Personal care and hygiene help
- ADLs like bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
- Assisted transfers, walking and safety supervision
- Meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Transportation and assistance on errands and appointments
- Companionship and dementia care
- Work as part of a team to improve the quality of life for adults in need
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured car
- Level 2 background check or willing to obtain
- Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely and unassisted
- Mobile smart phone that can run Android or iPhone apps
- Compliance with FL Home Health Agency employee requirements
- High school graduate or GED certificate preferred
- Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
