What You’ll Do and Who You Are:

• As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.
• We also value good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.
• You take pride in your work, are resourceful, accountable, and take initiative.
• You make a great first impression as a professional and kind individual.
• Additionally, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.

We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!

Must Haves:

• Preferred six months experience as a caregiver (personal or professional)
• Must have a compassionate demeanor and a desire to improve the quality of the lives of seniors in our community
• Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
