What You’ll Do and Who You Are:
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.
You should be able to get along and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
We also value good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.
You take pride in your work, are resourceful, accountable, and take initiative.
You make a great first impression as a professional and kind individual.
Additionally, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.
We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!
Must Haves:
Preferred six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
Must have a compassionate demeanor and a desire to improve the life for seniors ino ur community
Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
