We Are Currently Hiring For The Following Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 12-hour day shifts
- Saturday: 14-hour overnight shift
- Sunday: 12-hour overnight shift
- Weekday overnights: Two additional 8-hour overnight shifts, with specific nights to be determined
Required Qualifications And Clinical Skills
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- Clinical experience with tracheostomy care and management
- Experience with gastrostomy (G-tube) care and management
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to recognize changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Reliable, compassionate, and attentive approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Provide skilled nursing care tailored to the client's individual needs
- Monitor the client's condition and identify changes requiring intervention
- Perform tracheostomy care and manage G-tube-related nursing needs within the scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with the care team and appropriate providers regarding changes in the client's condition
- Follow established care plans, infection-control practices, and nursing protocols
