- Provide approved ADL/IADL assistance per the participant’s plan.
- Support health, hygiene, mobility, and meal-related tasks.
- Use the EVV system for clock in/out.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and follow DHHS guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse).
- Complete all required DHHS training.
- Basic computer and EVV skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and organized.
- Must be CPR Certified
