Perform supervisory visits (both announced & unannounced)
Proactively solve concerns and elevate the client experience
Collaborate with recruiting to ensure the right Care Pro fit
Build Powerful Relationships
Connect with hospitals, clinics, assisted living, and community partners
Represent Right at Home at events, networking opportunities, and outreach
Be a trusted resource and advocate in your community
Support the Team When It Counts
Assist with scheduling and office support as needed
Help onboard and introduce Care Pros to clients
Step in to provide care when needed — because we lead from the front

Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Active CNA/CMA license in Nebraska (preferred/required based on role needs)
Valid driver’s license & insurance
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
