As a Home Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, support, and care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role:

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation, reading, and outings

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and other daily living activities

• Support clients with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

• Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure quality care and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

• Document client care and update charts as necessary

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service
