About the Role
The Scheduler plays a critical role in the success of our clients and caregivers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver-client relationships, and helping deliver the best in-home care experience possible. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work at our Germantown location three days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
Match caregivers to clients to ensure the best possible fit
Monitor daily schedules and ensure caregivers arrive on time to their shifts
Answer phones and respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners
Accurately receive and document referrals and service requests
Multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in home care, scheduling, or a medical office setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while using sound judgment
A genuine “people person” who enjoys helping others
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of business or administrative experience
Availability for one weekend per month of on-call duty
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
