Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the “best in-home care” experience. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and staff Communicating clearly and effectively to resolve scheduling challenges Making thoughtful decisions that balance client needs with caregiver availability
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR AS A Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment Passionate about helping others and improving the quality of life
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience required, college graduate preferred.
- Experience as a Direct Care Worker, HHA, CNA, PCA preferred.
- Home Care Administrative experience preferred
- Basic office and computer skills (MS Office suite ) and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
· Works primarily out of the local office. May be able to do client visits or to supervise caregivers in the field.
