Position Summary
Right at Home is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to day operations of our home care office. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, assist with scheduling coverage, manage administrative tasks, prepare caregiver onboarding materials, maintain office organization, and help ensure our office continues providing exceptional service.

What You'll Do
Customer Service
. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
. Respond to general client and caregiver questions and triage other calls as appropriate
. Complete customer service check-in calls with clients and caregivers
. Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
Scheduling Support
. Assist our Scheduling Coordinator with daily scheduling needs
. Provide scheduling coverage when the primary scheduler is out of the office
. Communicate with caregivers, clients and nurses regarding schedule changes
Administrative Support
. scan, file, copy, fax, and organize office documents
. Process incoming outgoing mail
. Prepare client admission binders
. Assemble caregiver orientation packets and bags
. Maintain office supplies and stock room inventory
. Assist with data entry and electronic recordkeeping
Caregiver & Client Support
. Process weekly Activity Sheets (WASs)
. Mail weekly activity sheets to caregivers
. Track and follow up on outstanding paperwork
. Grade completed in-service training materials
. Fax documents to Long-Term Care Insurance companies
. Assist with nurse reminder calls as needed
General Office Support
. Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
. Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
. Assist with orientation preparation and other team activities as needed

Qualifications
. High School diploma or equivalent

. Home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Salary : $19 - $21
