About the Role:
Right at Home is looking for compassionate and dependable DSPs and HHAs to support individuals in their homes and communities. You'll help people live their best lives by assisting with everyday activities and offering companionship and care.

What You'll Do:
- Support with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Help with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
- Transport to appointments or outings
- Be a steady, positive presence in someone’s day
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay plus daily pay opportunities

- Extra $1/hour on weekends (must be available 3 out of 4 weekends)

What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, DSP, or aide
- (or completion of a CNA, STNA, or MA program)
- Reliable transportation
(preferred: valid driver’s license, car insurance, and own vehicle)
- Willing to drive up to 30 minutes for a client
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, and abuse/neglect checks
- Some weekend availability required
