Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide Alzheimer's and dementia care
Transport clients to appointments, errands, or activities (not required)
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders
Provide companionship and emotional support
Requirements
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience, or
At least 2 years of personal caregiving experience (caring for a friend or family member)
Dependability is essential — our vulnerable clients rely on us, and missed shifts can mean going without care
Adaptable and culturally sensitive — able to respectfully care for clients from a wide range of backgrounds, lifestyles, and belief systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions
Able to work independently with a compassionate, patient approach
