- Shift Types: Part-Time (4-8 hour shifts available) / Full-time
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY:
- Providing compassionate assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, mouth care, skin and hair care), mobility, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household tasks.
- Preparing simple meals and being comfortable in the kitchen.
OUR BEST TEAM MEMBERS HAVE:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience: At least six months as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), with successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA course.
- Skills: A compassionate approach to caregiving, ability to meet job demands, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and access to an insured automobile, or reliable transportation for work.
- Certifications: Current CPR certificate recommended, as well as a Competency Evaluation meeting state licensing standards for home health aides.
