Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting client assessments, developing care plans, supervising caregivers, and ensuring quality and compliance in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client assessments
Develop and update care plans
Supervise and evaluate caregivers
Ensure regulatory compliance
Provide clinical support
Communicate with clients and care teams
Assist with documentation and quality assurance
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
Minimum [2] years of nursing experience (home care preferred)
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Home health or personal care experience
Experience with care plan development and supervisory visits
Familiarity with state licensing requirements for personal care agencies
