Lead the Inventory That Keeps 800 Pieces of Equipment Moving

What You'll Do
As our Senior Inventory Control Manager, you will:
- Lead all inventory control, warehouse, and procurement operations
- Manage inventory supporting more than 800 pieces of fleet equipment
- Develop inventory strategies that reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Build relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Oversee purchasing of fleet parts, PPE, shop supplies, tools, and operational materials
- Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting
- Analyze inventory trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead warehouse personnel and establish best practices across multiple locations
- Partner with Fleet Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support company growth
- Help prepare inventory resources for emergency storm restoration operations
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
✔ 5 years of inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain leadership experience
✔ Experience supporting heavy equipment, construction, forestry, utility, or Class 8 truck fleets preferred
✔ Strong leadership and team development skills
✔ Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience
✔ Advanced Excel and inventory management software experience
✔ Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
