What You’ll Own
- Safety First—Always
- Lead job briefings, enforce PPE, and set the example on every job
- Crew Leadership & Accountability
- Direct daily work, hold expectations, and address issues early
- Production & Quality
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets company standards
- Communication
- Be the link between field crews, leadership, and clients
- Development of Others
- Train and mentor crew members—help them grow within our pay-for-skill system

- Strong background in line clearance / vegetation management
- Proven ability to lead a crew or step into leadership naturally
- Someone who takes ownership—not just direction
- Comfortable having tough conversations when needed
- Growth mindset—you want to advance over time
- Clean driving record is a requirement
