We’re Hiring: Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Riggs Towing & Recovery is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Bookkeeper with Office Manager responsibilities to join our team. This is a key position that keeps our operations running smoothly and supports both our field and office staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and billing
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding and employee files
- Assist management with administrative needs
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bookkeeping (2 years QuickBooks experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
