J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers is seeking a CDL Truck Driver/Dispatch Assistant who will assist with chassis check-ins, jockeying chassis to different locations on the company's property, charging/jumping chassis, and inputting/upkeeping information into the company's ERP system. Drives tractor-trailer to pick up and deliver finished goods to and from end users and between company facilities when needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Deliver completed fabricated metal products, truck bodies, trailers, and equipment in a safe and timely manner for the 985 Plant, JJTE, and JJTE Cumberland.
- Jockey's chassis within the confines of the company property
- Inputs and upkeeps information into the company's ERP system
- Pick up new or used chassis and trailers for body installation, repair, or warranty work in a safe and timely manner.
- Transports raw materials and supplies to and between production facilities.
- Inspects the truck for defects before and after trips and submits a report indicating the truck's condition.
- Maintains driver log according to I.C. regulations.
- Assists workers in loading and unloading the truck.
- Safely perform duties; always wear required PPE.
- Observes and complies with all the provisions of the ISO 9001 QMS.
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
