Supervise the daily rhythm of Front Office operations — check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and everything in between. Ensure the team arrives to each shift fully briefed, energized, and ready to deliver exceptional service from the first guest to the last. Anticipate guest needs before they're voiced — crafting personal, thoughtful solutions and memorable experiences along the way. Be the connector: communicate seamlessly with the Front Office Manager, Concierge, and all departments to keep the guest journey smooth. Serve as a trusted go-to resource for guests seeking local knowledge — from hidden gems to the nearest spa, you'll know Riggs' Washington DC inside and out.
