Essential Duties:
- Answers incoming calls, accurately and forwards the caller to the appropriate extension
- Gives directions/information to callers
- Places telephone calls as requested.
- Greets public, staff, and others in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedules, reschedules, and alters appointment times as needed
- Voice pages staff and makes announcements via Internal Paging System
- Maintains general information and knowledge of Riggs Community Health Center programs to share with callers
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary : $16 - $17
