Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Market Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day activities within their market. This leadership role is central to Rigdon’s success, responsible for managing people across multiple teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitability. The Market Manager is the key connection point between office staff, field teams, and leadership, ensuring that every aspect of the market runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all personnel in the market, including:
• Field Technicians & Field Supervisors
• Scheduling Coordinators
• Invoicing Specialists & Accounting/Payroll Staff
• CSRs, Sales, and Marketing Teams - Coordinate with sales and marketing to create, schedule, and track jobs.
- Oversee invoicing and ensure accurate, timely billing.
- Handle QC calls and client de-escalation with professionalism and care.
- Monitor job progress and ensure high-quality, on-time completion.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members across departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in operations, field services, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead diverse teams.
- Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, and office management software preferred.
