Job Description

360 Commercial Cleaning, is adding to our Kansas City team. We are seeking a general labor / tech  to join our staff to complete commercial cleaning projects including exterior power washing, commercial restaurant kitchen and hood cleaning, and more.  Experienced preferred but we will train the right applicant.  We offer a competitive compensation package, paid on-the-job training, a company vehicle and more! Job Description:

Note:  The majority of work will be completed during late night, overnight, or early morning hours.  Duties include:

• Cleaning and de-greasing of commercial kitchen hood exhaust systems, filters, ducts and fans
• Deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, appliances, floors, and walls
• Power washing of dumpster pads, outdoor dining areas, and sidewalks
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants!
• Willingness to work evenings/nights/early mornings as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed 
• Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning
• Clean and professional appearance
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
• Job Type: Full-time
• Applicants should adhere to our company's grooming and appearance standards, which prohibit facial tattoos
• Mandatory travel of 25% with per diem

Benefits offered:

• Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance after 60 days.

Pay:

• Up to $30 per hour or higher based on experience for commission eligible employees
  
• Employees are paid weekly
