Responsibilities:

• Treatment Presentation: Present high value ($5,000-$50,000)comprehensive treatment plans to patients clearly, explaining clinical recommendations, answering questions, and breaking down financial responsibilities.
• Financial Coordination: Discuss payment options, present flexible payment plans, handle insurance breakdowns, and coordinate pre-authorizations to help patients maximize their benefits.
• Schedule Optimization: Manage and optimize the productive schedule for our providers, ensuring seamless patient flow and meeting daily practice goals.
• Patient Follow-Up: Ability to align with patients’ communication style to build trust and overcome barriers as you find creative solutions so they can receive the treatment they need.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental/medical office experience. Advanced knowledge and use of dental/medical terminology and procedures is essential for success in this role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills-you must be comfortable discussing financial investments with empathy and clarity.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Curve, Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft).
• Attributes: High organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
