Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
* At least 3 years of experience creating, pulling, and issuing work orders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment) required
* Experience with Infor SyteLine is a plus
* Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Effective communication skills with colleagues
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willingness to work overtime as needed
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
* Create work orders based on system-generated reports and production requirements
* Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
* Pull and issue material kits to assembly teams
* Receive and process incoming inventory
* Monitor and track shortages, replenishing parts as they become available
* Accurately enter all inventory transactions into the system
* Process RMAs in a timely manner
* Collaborate with purchasing to identify and expedite shortages
* Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to address operational concerns
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
* Assist in the shipping area as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
