Salary: Negotiable Hours: Full-time, in-office
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our customer experience — the person clients trust and rely on. Your day will include:
- Communicating with clients and insurance carriers
- Responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Researching, resolving, and following up on customer needs
- Supporting management, service, and production teams
- Contributing to business development efforts
- Handling essential office tasks, including phone communication
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the team grows
