A great opportunity for a part time Exexcutive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide key support.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiencies and productivity by providing personalized and timely support with detail and organization.
Work schedule will be PT two days a week primarily at a beautiful downtown Hinsdale office and the additional hours remotely As needed. Approximately 8 to 10 hours a week to start.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact as guided and assist with communication.
- Take notes on tasks and schedule conference calls.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review email inbox, manage and organize folders.
- Respond to email communication as needed.
- Manage calendars and set up meetings.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role a plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
