Seasonal Distribution Center Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented Seasonal Associates to join our Distribution Center team during our peak season. In this role, you will support multiple areas of distribution including e-commerce fulfillment, independent retail orders, key account shipments, and general warehouse operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of goods to meet the dynamic needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Fulfillment:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
• Ensure packaging meets brand and shipping standards
• Maintain accuracy and speed within e-commerce processing software and handheld scanning devices
  
  

Independent & Key Account Fulfillment

• Select, verify, and prepare bulk orders for boutique and key account partners
• Follow customer-specific routing guides and shipping requirements
• Work closely with the shipping team to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and standards
  
  

General Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unload, and put away inbound shipments
• Replenish stock to designated picking locations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control tasks
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Temperature-controlled areas as well as potential non-climate-controlled zones
• Safety equipment provided and adherence to safety protocols required
