ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers, asphalt rollers, asphalt plants, front-end loaders, graders, dozers, excavators, and skid steers.
- Perform general maintenance and inspection on the equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- (3) to five (5) years of operating heavy equipment preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL.
- Must have a "Safety First" attitude
- Must follow all Safety Practices, Policies and Procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and unexpected longer hours when necessary
- Be a Team player
- Base Wage $ 40.43 per hour
- Vacation $ 5.00 per hour
- 401k (company contribution) $ 11.60 per hour
- Includes health care coverage for employee and family
