Performs various accounting tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process accounting data including scanning, auditing, and inputting accounts payables, receivables, cash, P.O. receipts for incoming materials
- Type miscellaneous correspondence
- Maintain personnel files
- Answer telephones and support staff in their activities
- Daily office scale ticketing and process of customer sales
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two (2) years of office experience required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
