About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Digital Media Strategist who is both a creative problem-solver and a data-focused professional. This role manages cross-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will use performance data to shape strategies that help our clients reach their goals while collaborating with teams across disciplines to ensure the work is smart, effective, and measurable.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, video, display, and programmatic platforms
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform creative, targeting, and budget decisions
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve results and strengthen conversion outcomes
- Stay current on digital media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
- Present campaign performance results to internal teams
- Continuously test, learn, and refine strategies to meet changing audience behaviors
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience managing PPC, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns
- Google Ads certification(s) required; GA4 and Meta certifications preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools, A/B testing, and programmatic buying is a plus
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Analytical thinker with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of client performance
