Riedl & Son Exterior Specialists is a family owned company with over 35 years of experience serving homeowners across south-central Wisconsin. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and full exterior solutions and we’re growing.
We’re looking for a motivated, self driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners to inspect and assess exterior projects (roofing, siding, windo
ws, etc.)• Provide honest recommendations and solutions based on customer needs
• Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided self-generated)
• Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience preferred (in-home sales or constructio
n a plus)• Exterior remodeling knowledge is a bonus—but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
