Customer Service Order Entry

Key Responsibilities

You will play an important role in Customer Service Order Entry team with responsibilities that will include:

· Enter and update customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Respond to customer questions by telephone and online.

· Explain product specifications, options, and variations to help customers select the appropriate products.

· Collaborate with customers and internal team members to resolve order questions and maintain accurate information.

· Use office equipment and systems, including the telephone system, copier, fax, and mail machine.

Minimum Qualifications

· At least one year of customer service call center experience or related customer support experience.

· At least one year of daily Microsoft Excel experience, including creating and editing spreadsheets.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based tools.

· Professional verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.

· Dependable attendance and the ability to adjust your work schedule when needed.

· A positive, professional approach when assisting customers and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

· Two to three years of experience in customer support or order entry.

· Advanced experience creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets.

Compensation and Schedule

Minimum Starting pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.

Schedule: Day shift. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
