Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage technical sales activities in close collaboration with the Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, system integrators, and consultants to position Riedel’s portfolio effectively
  • Lead technical discussions and consultations to design and propose solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations both technologically and commercially
  • Create and present compelling technical proposals, system designs, and drawings to support the sales process
  • Deliver technical training sessions internally and externally to enhance knowledge of Riedel products and third-party solutions
  • Support the on-site operations, testing, and commissioning of Riedel and third-party products at customer sites to ensure seamless implementation
  • Represent Riedel at industry tradeshows and events, showcasing technical expertise and supporting system demonstrations
  • Provide technical consultancy throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle, ensuring successful project implementation and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams


THAT'S YOU

  • Curious self-starter with the right drive and a hands-on mentality
  • The ability to be versatile and the desire to take on additional challenges
  • Used to work in a mostly self-determined manner with the right level of Honesty and trustworthiness
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software/electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the Broadcast and Media technology market or Motorsports
  • Strong track record of technical solution expertise and sales achievement
  • Solid understanding of communication, digital audio, video and IP network technologies and standards (e.g. AES67, ST2110, NMOS, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM and development tools (Salesforce, Atlassian Jira/Confluence preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to engage customers and drive technical sales
  • Office based (relevant location), with ability to travel for events
