2nd Shift Machine Operator – RIE Coatings (Eden Valley, MN)

RIE Coatings is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Eden Valley, MN. This role plays a key part in supporting our production goals and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate coating equipment in accordance with all safety and quality requirements
• Move bins of product using a pallet jack or forklift
• Mix coatings and ensure proper material preparation
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on parts
• Rake parts from ovens and maintain flow of materials through production
• Accurately enter production data into the computer system
• Assist with general production duties and maintain a clean work environment
  
  

Physical Requirements

This Position Requires Consistent Physical Activity, Including

• Standing for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
  
  

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $20/hour
• ($17/hour base wage $3/hour shift differential for 2nd shift)
• Pay increase opportunity after 90 days
• Full-time position
