Ridgway Industries, a leading manufacturer of commercial cleaning solutions, is looking for a
dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Chemical Blender Operator's Assistant to
join our growing production team! We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work,
follows safety procedures, and is eager to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD.
Job Responsibilities
● Assist the Chemical Blender Operator in measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials
according to established formulas and batch sheets.
● Help operate industrial mixing tanks, pumps, and production equipment.
● Monitor production batches to ensure product quality and consistency.
● Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
● Assist with maintaining accurate production records and batch logs.
● Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
● Help handle, organize, and store raw materials and finished products.
● Support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED preferred.
● Previous manufacturing, chemical blending, or production experience is a plus.
● Ability to lift 40–50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
● Basic math, reading, and measurement skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
● Forklift experience is a plus!
