Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor at Ridgewood Country Club plays a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and first-class environment our members are proud to call their club. This hands on leader brings energy, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every shift, keeping the clubhouse looking its best while motivating staff to deliver top notch results. From daily operations to special events, this role helps ensure every space shines and every member experience feels exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for all clubhouse areas including locker rooms, dining areas, event spaces, offices, and common areas
- Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and quality performance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards are consistently met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Respond promptly to member and guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness
- Coordinate setup and breakdown cleaning for club events, tournaments, and special functions
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate departments
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or facilities supervision experience preferred (hospitality, hotel, or club environment is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and events
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor club facilities
- Fast-paced environment, especially during events and peak seasons

Situated on rolling, wooded land overlooking Lake Waco, it is a private, member-owned country club with an exceptional 18 hole championship golf course; seven lighted tennis courts; Golf and Tennis pro shops; a resort-style pool complex including a cabana with social and dining areas; a complete fitness center and a marina on Lake Waco with 220 well-maintained boat slips and a dry dock area for boats and trailers. The clubhouse offers the best in country club amenities including a beautiful Ballroom, banquet and meeting rooms, dining rooms, a lounge, men’s and women’s locker rooms and the 19th Hole.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour
